Why does it keep stopping. It's not a buffering issue, some of the songs will just stop some way through, and not load anymore. I have to skip to the next song which is kind of a bummer considering I dont even get to the impressions>, it just stops... Bad times

That information should've been posted as soon as the archives went live. As I posted in my comment on the show from the 24th, a little information would be useful.
And it still doesn't fully explain why some covers are posted and some not :-/
But then, I also have the SBDs to listen to ;)
Overall though, I have to say iClips do a great job of bringing us shows that we otherwise would never get a chance to see, especially for those of us who live on the other side of the pond.
Patiently awaiting the missing videos :D

We thank you for your support of iclips, and wanted to let you know that the covers will be posted ASAP. It would be fraudulent if we posted the covers without the correct licensing. we wanted to get the archives up ASAP for all you fans, but clearly that wasn't good enough. I hope the covers weren't the reason why you bought the stream. Just curious, do you know the process and cost that company's and bands have to go through to get the licensing to sell merchandise(streams, SBD's) with covers included? If not then maybe you should research it before you speak so harshly about a company. Were sorry that the stream was buffering during Red Rocks, but that is just the nature of the beast when you webcast from different venues. some places have really slow internet, like Red Rocks which was built in 1908. Covers will be up by next week. hope this makes you happy. Thanks for your support.

To bad I never spoke badly of Iclips...and only stated that I felt ripped off...

I too feel like I was misled. I couldn't watch these live and purchased them so I could view them afterward. Nowhere in the purchase did it make it clear that it would take so long for these archives to be available. I honestly would not have made the purchase had I known.

You screwed up iClips. You offer a great service, but by not being clear about this, I feel we have been misled, maybe purposely. This will certainly affect my use of iClips in the future.

..and I just don't agree with Juntaco. I feel maybe we should get the Rothbury archive for FREE. I too missed most of Red Rocks and Hornings live and was pretty bummed when I realized I wouldn't be able to watch it for "about a month". In all honesty, I may not have paid for the stream/archive. But I did, and I don't have a whole lot to show for it. I think your site is pretty cool, and definitely enjoyed what I did get to see. But, at least a free Rothbury archive (if not, another stream) would be enough to hold me over. Just sayin'.

I agree with juntaco's comments...why not make it clear even after the fact what the consumer should expect. It's vertainly not about the money because all of us probably feel that it was well worth the money...it is the time we have to wait to watch it. For example, I could not watch Saturday's Hornings shows and was hoping to watch it soon thereafter since I missed but who knows when I will get to do it.

At the end of the dy, I feel this service is the way to go with all bands and concerts so please continue to listen to your customers and everything will work itself out.

Just go to the page where you originally went to buy it.. pretend like you're going to pay for it again (but you won't!).. it will have some error like "oh hey you already purchased this event!
