To Woodstock and all the other iClip'ers that might be reading the comments:

I can appreciate that it must be frustrating to deal with the negative comments that get sent your way. I for one am very happy with the service and recommend it to my friends. My only suggestion (sent your way with love and compassion) is that the site could be more explicit about when you buy something when it will be actually be available for viewing. Others have different models (like your CCard is only charged with the archive is actually available) but I believe you could reduce the "noise" level AND engender better vibes from the customers if the shows had something like "Although you're purchasing this archive performance today it may not be available for 2 - 3 week due to processing time, conversion, uploading, legal approvals, etc.).

The other thing you could consider to improve the overall level of service is to email us when the archives we've licensed are available.

I want to specifically say a HUGE THANK YOU for making these shows available. Did Rothbury in 2009 and swore that I would make Forest 2011 but that wasn't possible due to work and money. Your service gives me a way to enjoy these shows over and over again. Thank you for that, keep up the great work and consider my suggestions in the spirit of making a great service even better.

Well, woodstock.... It's GOOD to hear from you (truly)! I have always been an avid supporter of IClips and while others have gripped about things, I have always advocted patience. I am quite willing to be patient , now that you have assured us that we will be getting our product soon.
